We had experience with Faith Works Automotive, they are on Angie's List. We definitely got it off of Angie's List. We went  and we just loved them. We use them constantly for everything. The last date of service is going to be today but the last  date of service was about 4 weeks ago. The cost was very reasonable, compared to the other providers on Angie's List that we  called, they were the most reasonable and outstanding. Our interactions with them were wonderful, they assign a personal  consignor, ours is Josh Ville. That is your life time service manager person, each person is assigned. It is a small, little  shop where you have your assigned person. They know you and they know your car or your vehicle so it is continuity each time  you bring the vehicle in because they know you. They have several service managers in the small little shop but they know  your vehicle. There is continuity so you don't have to tell the story all over again. The office is just wonderful. The cost  was significantly less than other providers. I would grade them 'A' in every category. In the future I will use only them.

Mr Paul the owner was kind and considerate. My car was worked into their already and quot;busyand quot; day and fixed to perfection! I couldn't pay right then because my payday was a couple of days away and he was so wonderful to let me pay two days later without holding onto my car so that I could continue my life, and the important things I had to do.
If you are having car troubles and you want your car repaired PROFESSIONALLY, HONESTLY, and charged a FAIR/HONEST price. Take your car to them. I would never trust my car to anyone else!

Paul was very professional and honest. Two other garages failed to diagnose a warped hub assembly on my Honda.
Paul did diagnose it properly and repalced the hub/wheel bearing assembly at a very reasonable cost.

He didn't charge me anything because it was a simple thing. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. I will use his services again in the future.

Fail Smog Test Due to Something with my trucks computer not communicating with the smogs place computer went to Pep Boys told them what I was told at smog place they looked at me weird and said they had to put it on the machine ant it would be $90 and it would not be till tomorrow and i needed to drive my truck out of state the next day!

Frustrated I Called Faith Works being kinda new to the area I was hesitant to call any mechanics out of the blue with out knowing how they rate but i called them told them what the smog place told me what the problem was they said be tomorrow i told them i have to leave the state the next day they said it was OK just bring it in. When I arrived Paul greeted me and he went out side and personally looked at my truck.. With in 30min he told me that he fixed the problem and all it was is a simple fuse that blew out and with $10.00 i was out the door within 30 - 45 min thank you Paul and Faith works auto

I would defiantly take my cars there again. they where very friendly and professional and honest.
