Extermador Pest Control

The bee hive has been removed as well as the estimated 15,000 bees. They were very troublesome and our kids could not even play in the backyard. I have not seen a single bee since. I am very appreciative of this and will be switching my regular pest control services over to Extermador.

About four days ago I noticed three marks in a line running up the wall near a corner of my living room.  I examined them and noticed some dust.   I suspected termites and looked up Exterminators on Angie's List.  I talked with several, including Mark at Extermador.  Mark is the owner and he immediately stood out for two reasons.  First, he took the time to discuss what the marks could be a result of and looked at some pictures I took.   Secondly, when I initially asked about price he gave a range that was very competitive and did not push a long term plan as all the others did.  After looking at the pictures, Mark called back and stated that it appeared to be termites and asked if I would like him to come out and look (no charge).  We agreed that on two o'clock the next day.

Mark arrived exactly on time.  He is a very pleasant and personable young man.  He confirmed that I had a limited issue and did a walkthru of the entire house.  There was not evidence of any other infestations.  Mark gave me the options of fixing the limited problem or doing a complete treatment.  He explained the limited risk associated with just fixing the immediate problem, but did so in a factual manner.  I chose the limited option.   Mark went to work, appeared very efficient and cleaned up after.  He answered all my questions about the treatment as well as what to watch for going forward. 

Overall, I am very pleased that I was fortunate enough to found and chosen Mark and Extermador to help me with my termite problem.  I know he is punctual, pleasant and efficient.  I am also confident he is an honorable man.

My son had mentioned black widow nests in the backyard and so I filled out an online inquiry with Extermador after their business hours reporting the issue and asking for a call first thing in the morning. I received a call back at 8:00 am from Bruce, who set up an appointment for later that same day. They were timely, responsive and extremely professional. They even pulled my trash and recycling cans up from the street and put them on the side of the house for me. They mentioned that there had been 3 nests in the backyard and they would be back in 2 weeks to finish the 2 part treatment (which we really needed as we had gone without pest control services this whole summer). What was very refreshing is that their regular service fee is 40.00 and they don't force you to be on a contract where you pay monthly. It is nice to only have to pay for actual services and not to be bound to a contract.
