Referred to Rich by my extermination company.  He was very responsive.  Got right out to assess the situation and provide suggested actions.  Scheduled service and he was actually able to do the work sooner than expected.  Rich was very professional and pleasant to deal with.  He was able to paint the spikes brown so they are not visible from the street.

The team of two arrived on time, were courteous and finished the job in one day. On examining the roof that evening, we noticed three broken tiles. Called Rich back and he agreed to replace them after inspection, and also do additional work since the pigeons were still inhabiting one section of the roof. We will see if any additional visits are required, but Rich has been helpful and cooperative so far.
