 + -1 moreI called to schedule a possible purchase of household furniture and electronic equipment prior to our moving. Three messages left and no response until the evening of the third call. Was told that a call would be made to me the following day and a visit to view items would be the next day. I waited until 4pm on the day scheduled for them to view the items and called. Was told that they were very busy. they could not respond as to why they could not have made a call to inform me of the status of the scheduled visit. I cancelled any further possible business with this firm
