I have used his company for a few years now after a bad experience with another one. I feel that Markus is honest and a hard worker!

He was prompt, efficient and helpful. Our wheelchair bound family member was out and need to use that entrance to get in the house. Serviceman came within the hour and had the door open before family member arrived. He was professional and very helpful in an emergency. We will use them again.

Generally ok. The only problem was the repair person was unfamiliar with programing the Genie product and it took several tries and phone calls before it worked.
This was not a major problem but it did take an extra half hour, thus the reason for the less than and quot;excellentand quot; rating.
The issue of and quot;Priceand quot; is relative. Is $80 for an hour's work fair? Although I have not checked other firms, this is probably the going rate. Yet, in my opinion, it was about $30 too high to be rated and quot;Excellentand quot;.

They diagnosed the problem. They had to replace a part. They came back the next day and replaced some circuit boards. The guy was very professional. We have used two different guys. They both were very professional. They knew what they were doing. The pricing was fair to me. I would use them in the future.

They were very fast and responsive. They were at my home in less than an hour. They were also very price competitive.

The good things were that they came the same day and we've had no trouble with the door since then. I thought they were a little expensive. They did not clean up any of the black stuff from the garage floor and we ended up tracking it into the house because we didn't know so much of it was on the floor. For 500 dollars, I thought they would at least sweep up when they were done. I did call the company and let them know about it. The lady I spoke with said that she would inform the manager.
