Phil first came out and assessed my need to have a large LED smart TV, Blue Ray player, etc. hooked up properly to my existing surround sound system. We discussed what additional equipment I needed in order to get the most out of my system and he also hooked up a DVD player for my in my den that evening. He gave me the option of shopping for the speakers & subwoofer myself or he would shop for the best price on those items. I was more than happy to have him look for the equipment since he knew what to look for. A few days later, he called me with the prices on the items and asked if I was OK with what he had found. I agreed and he came out to install everything. He made a third trip back to my home when I had forgotten how to use everything (sorry, I'm 60+ and not tech-inclined). The price charged included 2 bookshelf speakers, one center channel speaker, subwoofer, wire, cables, labor and tax. He was so nice and patient in explaining everything and I highly recommend him. He also works evenings so you don't need to take time off for a daytime appointment. He's the best!
