They were very nice...very professional. On the jackets, the sleeves had to be taken off at the shoulder so that was complicated but they handled it with ease. They completed the work earlier than estimated. The only issue is that I asked them to see up the pockets on a jacket so they would lay flat and when I got the jacket home I realized they had only done one of the pockets.

Finding Elegant Reflections was more than worth the cost of joining Angie's list. They do alterations as well as make custom wedding gowns so you know there is a lot of talent in the shop. My need is primarily to have slacks altered so they fit. Eva knew just what to do to take baggy slacks and turn then into trimly fitting attractive slacks. I am so impressed with her skills. Alterations are incredibly economically priced and the turn around time is relatively short. And to top it all off, the location is convenient, just a few miles off the freeway in a strip mall where there is ample parking.
