Installed a bigger pet door, good for my smaller dog, however, my claustrophobic medium size dog will not use it. We didn't want a large dog opening so I wish they had more of a way to customize the size. The installation went well and he did a good job.

Installed a doggie door in our wall. Went great...no issues.

I called east valley doggie door to replace my door. After talking with the owner, David Khalil, he suggested that I provide the  
measurements of the existing door and perhaps he could just replace the old flaps saving me a lot of money.We talked
again, I provided the measurements and Mr. Khalil brought me new flaps.He fashioned them so they fit exactly.
Now my three dogs and I enjoy the convenience of easy doggie access at a substantial savings.
Mr. Khalil was polite, neat, professional and I would highly recommend his services.

Wanted to have a Hale Pet door installed. After calling another company and not feeling like I was a customer, I then called David. He was quick to tell me he can make this door happening. I just got the keys to my new house and needed the door for my doggies ASAP! David not only said yes, he can come on Sunday, and he was going to personally pick up the door from the manufacture, to insure he has it. David showed up on time, talked briefly on the process, and went to work. David was very clean, very detailed, very good.

No mess was left, and gave me some good pointers, and moved on with his day. Yes, the doors are a little pricey, but quality comes at a price. David's install rate is great, and pay cash...give a little break on the price.
