Superior customer service for a freaked out homeowner! I was a wreck! He calmed me down with his prompt and effective service and educated me about bed bugs and how to avoid them in the future! It's been a year and a half without bugs!

Great experience! The owner came out at the appointed time, did the work required, and left me the documentation and his findings for the tenants which I requested.
