Please note: This is not the same as the Camping World chain store. They did a reasonable job of estimating the cost of the work, which was appreciated. But they were really hard to reach do discuss details of the job. There was only 1 person I could talk to and that person was always either with another customer or not working that day, when I called. So we were constantly playing phone tag. They were not very good about capturing all of the items that needed to be done so when we thought we were finally done with the job, they had to go back and continue work. It was going to be 1.5 weeks from the time I dropped it off that the work could even be started. It took over 6 weeks, when it was estimated to be done in 3 weeks. One of the first things we asked was for them to close the engine compartment under the bed in the back of the coach, due to another company not closing it after a service call. When we picked up the RV, that was the first thing we noticed as we drove it off the lot was the compartment wasn't closed...making all kinds of noise and letting exhaust fumes into the coach. There is no way you could not notice that as it was being pulled up for us to pick up. It is a 2 person job to close it or I would have closed it myself. Also, when they pulled it up, I saw a leak under the coach that I was concerned about, but they didn't have anyone who could look at it quickly and I frankly just wanted to get out of there. It is hard to find people who are willing to work on a motorhome, especially specialty items like a melted electrical panel. So I have faith that the work was completed properly and I love having the AC work. It just seemed like it was more painful of a process than it needed to be.
Description of Work: They did electrical work on my 1995 Southwind motorhome. There were many little things that needed to be done.
