Earnhardt Buick GMC

We just bought a Honda CRV and when the slam the car it really solid nd when you slam the door on the Tarain GMC  it's not the door feels kind of empty.

I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord from Earnhardt Buick in Superstition Springs. Since it was used and the factory warranty was expiring I wanted an extended "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. They sold me an "ExtraCARE" warranty for $2,000.00. Well, here I am only 6 months later and an A/C relay of some sort failed which caused a cascade failure of other components totaling nearly $1,000 in repairs and lo and behold, the extended warranty won't cover it. Earnhardt's response is "Sorry, it is too late for us to do anything about it." I feel this is a rip off and that I was suckered into an disreputable extended warranty that will find any reason not to cover anything. Earnhardt Buick either already knew this or should have known this when they sold me the warranty coverage.

My daughter went down to get a key copied and they wouldn't honor the discount we had. It was the first time we had gone there for anything. They gave her the runaround. Finally her fiance stepped in and they honored the price. I wouldn't do business there anymore.

I found them in the yellow pages. I was specifically looking for a GMC dealer because that is the make of my car. Based upon the information I gave them, what was given to me from another auto service provider and the equipment available at Earnhardt, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem correctly. Overall the job went well. It was extensive but it solved the problem. They were able to solve the problem within 24 hours. They had access to the part they needed. It worked out really well. They were able to fix it promptly. I really don't know what the price was worth but I thought it was quite expensive for what it was. I thought it was kinda pricey.

They were very nice. They had a nice waiting room. They gave us a first aid kit to put in our car. They were polite and efficient.
