I am not at all happy with this landscaping company. They tried to back out of the contract. They were also verbally abusive to my wife on the phone by using foul language. I almost called the police on them. It took them over four months and we lost the whole swim season over this project. They also didn't deliver on the plants that we wanted.

I am not at all happy with this landscaping company. They tried to back out of the contract. They were also verbally abusive to my wife on the phone by using foul language. I almost called the police on them. It took them over four months and we lost the whole swim season over this project. They also didn't deliver on the plants that we wanted.

The project began in Sept. 30, 2006. It is now March 07 and Mike still has not completed his walk through. From beginning to end this project has been a nightmare. Mike gave an estimated completion date prior to Thanksgiving. It's four months beyond. Mike could be counted on to show up to receive payments and promise that "you're looking at 2 maybe 3 days MAX, my guys can get in and finish the landscaping in a day". Communication was next to nil even after repeated messages to call, unless you speak Spanish you will not be able to communicate with flagstone crew (which were good workers once they got to see the drawings and showed up). Hoovie is Mike's "right hand man" and is left in the dark as much as the customer. He should start his own business and distance himself from Eagle ASAP. Mike is personable but is all show and NO GO. He did not meet a single time line that he set for his crews and subs. The quality control is left squarely on the customer. Very frustrating.

Mike is a great salesperson but lacks in every way possible communication skills, he lies, they never show up when suppose to, we ALWAYS had to call to get updates. The wrong layout for the fountain was given to the pool remodelers. The wrong type of rocks (it was more dirt than rock) was laid in the yard and had to be replaced. All he was concerned about was the money. The only part of the whole remodeling job that was organized were the crew he hired to do the flagstone work. Other than that, absolutely do NOT hire this company.
