They did a good job, and the floor looks good. Their is a 5 year guarantee on the flooring. There were some oil spills that occured, and I wanted to see if this would be a replacement would included under the guarantee. If not, I wanted to see what a repair would cost. He said he would back within a week with a power washer, and I have yet to hear from him. I have called more than 17 times to try and get him to schedule, and have yet to hear back.
