Done Right Roofing

I had Done Right roofing 10 months ago to look at my roof and make any necessary repairs. The replaced several tiles by the garage and cleaned out cricket area from trash and debris and sealed or replaced any cracked mud balls throughout the roof. I now have leaking and board damage in the area where the repairs were done. Mike stated they did not check under the eaves for damage (where the wood is rotting or the under carriage. Why would they not have checked those areas if I asked them to make any necessary repairs? I asked him if he stood by his work and he stated he did cause this damage and would not repair it for free or a discounted fee. He didn't even go on the roof and look at it. I told him I would write a review on Yelp and he said go again no one else ever complained. He was very angry and non-negotiable. I would not recommend this company. Also he evidentially tells everyone that has problems with their roof they will need to replace the entire roof.

It was quite a bit more than originally thought but did it all in one day. Did not leave a mess. Excellent work.

Done Right Roofing called promptly and came out within two days to assess the problem with my leaking tile roof. The required work was completed within a week. I was very happy with the service and professionalism.

I wasn't sure if I needed any roof repairs since I had no leaks and I had a tile roof that is 19 years old. I wanted a reputable company to inspect my roof and tell me honestly whether i needed any repairs (some friends were saying that i should prepare myself for more than 20,000 in cost). We worked with Mike and Walt and they were both very professional and clearly knowledgeable. We saw their equipment which was top notch and we saw how they took care of their tools (a true sign of a pro). They performed the work as quoted and on time. They stated that we might need additional work once they removed some of the tiles. It turned out that we did need some added work - and they showed us all the photos so that it was clear what we needed. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was not a huge added expense and I feel so much better now knowing that my roof is sealed and will not cause any future damage from leaks that I would have never known about without their inspection. I am letting all my neighbors know that they should have an inspection done too and that this is a company they can trust.

This company is very knowledgeable and professional. They took pictures of the roof to show me what was happening with it and then explained how it would be fixed. Mike has done emergency repairs for me before and is always very prompt - even coming out before a holiday. He is always pleasant and I am always happy with his results. This is a company that you can trust.

I loved them. They are an awesome company to work with. Mike the owner was great and did everything. I provided the matching paint to paint the new wood for the carport which butted up against a shed. They went above and beyond.
