THE MONTHLY PEST SERVICE IS AWESOME. ON TIME, THEY RETURN CALLS AND THEY COME OUT IN BETWEEN TIMES IF WE NEED THEM. WE HAD THEM REMOVE PIGEONS FROM OUR HOME AND THAT WAS A MORE DIFFICULT JOB. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN COMPLETELY PIGEON FREE AND WE HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING THE OWNER TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEM. FOR BUGS ONLY, THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR MANY YEARS.

WE'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR FOUR YEARS AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL OF OUR FRIENDS. THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS TO SIGN AND THEIR PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. THEY DON'T 'FREAK OUT' BECAUSE WE HAVE LOTS OF DOGS IN OUR HOUSE (ANYWHERE FROM BETWEEN 6 AND 18 BASSETT HOUNDS AT ANY GIVEN TIME) AND WE NEVER SEE TICKS OR FLEAS ON THE DOGS. RARELY WILL WE SEE ANY KIND OF BUG IN OUR HOUSE AND WHEN WE DO, HE'S ON HIS BACK WITH HIS LEGS IN THE AIR. MOST OF THE TIME WE HAVE THE SAME PERSON COME TO OUR HOUSE SO WE DON'T HAVE TO 'TRAIN' A NEW PERSON EVERY TIME (DON'T SPRAY THE HERB GARDEN, DON'T SPRAY AROUND MY DAUGHTER'S BED, DON'T LET THE CATS OUT, SPRAY EXTRA AROUND THE PET FOOD BINS, ETC.). THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT AND A GOOD EXTERMINATOR IS A MUST WITH SCORPIONS HANGING AROUND.
