Provider replaced pool pump motor. New pool pump motor works, however there is still a leak presemt at the point of motor connection to the pump unit. I've called the service provider (SONORAN POOLS) and left messages on at least five different occasions only 2 returned calls by 2 different people saying they would come out to inspect the work for leaks- never happened. Provider paid by check already, however will not complete the job. At this point I am left with having to hire another provider to complete the job at additional cost.VI

I live in Flagstaff, and my elderly Japanese mother, who is widowed and lives in Tempe, frequently has crises with her home. But she has trouble understanding people and explaining things to people, so I have to arrange for someone to provide service for her. In this case, she filled up her spa, and couldn't get it to operate. When I called, the customer service rep. said the minimum cost would be an $85 service charge. I made an appointment for the next morning. The serviceman showed up on time, and as it turned out, mom had not turned the spa on (she doesn't know how to operate it). He explained to her how to operate it and then checked out everything. It turned out that the unit leaked and a gasket needed to be replaced. He returned the next day and replaced the gasket, charging her for the gasket and only one service visit. He was very patient with her and explained things simply and clearly. She was very happy with his service. I was very happy that the problem had been resolved quickly and inexpensively.

They showed up and time and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them. They are the ones we always call when we have any problems with our pool or it's cover.
