Terrible service. The worst experience of my life. The renters couldn't get them to respond to phone calls, nor could I. I chose to sell my home rather than continue with them. The renters have been out since September, it's now almost February and they still wont cut me a check for the "reserve account" they made me establish with them. The renters didn't turn in all of the keys, but the company doesn't know where they are. 1 was a garage remote, the other a $40 proximity pool key to the clubhouse. It took them 2 months to paint and clean the home after the renters moved out. They constantly changed property managers, there was absolutely no fluidity. They consistently billed me incorrectly, in the end billing me for charges that should have been billed to the renter's deposit. Even the manager will not return phone calls. I had to resort to email communication only so I could create a paper trail. The most inattentive, inconsiderate, incompetent service experience of my life.
