Dennis gets here when he says he will; if there's an emergency, he'd let us know that he'll be late. Over ten or fifteen appointments this has only happened once. When he walks in he asks us which rooms if any, need special treatment, pats the dog, then goes about his business. When he finishes he walks us through the house. showing us any trouple spots he had and (on occasion) showed us spots that he couldn't completely clean. On one occasion when I was out of town, he even helped my wife move some heavy furniture back in place!

He has been in business for twenty five years and does a really good job. He comes when he says he will and responds to your phone call without you having to wait around.
