Denali Real Estate was one of the best companies for living quarters I have dealt with. They were respectful, not pushy and very knowledgeable of the property they were offering. When I viewed the property it was exactly as they had advertised, I really appreciated this. After a low cost seamless application process I was promptly informed of my approval. I really enjoyed the concierge utility service which I will be able to use more even after move in. Great deals! Great real estate agency to work with. They were prompt when relaying information and answering questions. It was difficult to speak with my agent over calls due to my job, so she did so by email and it was greatly appreciated (Agent was Christine). They were understanding when I missed a few sections on the application, and when I wasn't able to pay the last of my fees due to the bank being closed for holiday, they allowed me to do so the following day. The agency's and agent's communication and helpfulness throughout the process made it easier and less stressful.
