My experience with Denali has been very good. We were doing the process online because we are not present in the area we wanted to rent. They were very flexible by allowing us to take more time to do transfers/tour the property. Dinali even schedule an online virtual tour of the property because we didnt have anyone in the area to see the property. They were very helpful and would recommend them to find the perfect property for you.

This company was a dream to work with! This is my boyfriend and I’s first time renting a home and every representative that we can in contact with was so friendly and helpful. We both work busy schedules so they allowed our families to view the property on our behalf which meant the world to us. With the rental market in this state, we had relatively low expectations but they really took the time to assist and support us however we needed. We have rented from Denali Real Estate for almost two years in that time they have been amazing Jason our property manager is always responsive when we need him. Honestly, we came to the Phoenix area in hopes of buying within a year, so we decided to rent. The process was easy and since the housing market went crazy when our lease was up Jason was able to work with us to extend the lease last minute which was greatly appreciated since there was really no homes at the time to rent with our six-person family, so we were super grateful. Definitely check their website for new homes to rent coming on the market you won't be disappointed!
