Whole process was smooth and quick - less than a week between estimate and installation. Professional, screens look great, and a very reasonable price.

service was excellent. They came out quickly to provide an estimate which was very reasonable and provided input regarding the best screens for our needs. They were very friendly and helpful, including providing an estimate for potential future sunscreens. It took approx 3 weeks for the screens to be completed, which they indicated would be the case up-front due to it being a high-demand time of year. When the screens were ready they came out and performed the installation which was very quick. I am very happy with our sunscreens, they look great and made a huge difference in the amount of sunlight coming into our bedroom in the summer. Highly recommend death valley sunscreens and will go to them again in the future.

Started out fine with but the end result of the product was in poor condition. The security door was installed but was extremely in bad shape. Looks like it was used and redone.

I was living in Colorado and coming down to AZ every month while my house was being built. Knew that I wanted sun screens on the West, South and East sides of the house. Called three companies and had to leave a message at all three companies. In the message I explained that I was still living in Colorado until construction on my new home was completed. Requested a call back from all three companies. Only Joe from Death Valley Sunscreens called me back, guess the other two were too busy. Explained to Joe my situation and that the house already had the windows installed. He went out to the house, measured all the windows on the West, East and South side of the house and emailed me an estimate the very next day. His estimate was very reasonable to me so I told him I wanted him to do the job. Joe and his brother installed the sunscreens on 5-25-11 on 11 windows. Later in June they installed sunscreens on 3 other windows. Joe and his brother are super people who really care about their customers. Always on time, always friendly and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Joe, who is pretty thorough. He's not just looking to make money. He's doing things in the customer's best interest. I admire that.

A perfect experience! Joe was timely for the on-site quote and with follow up calls and installation. He measured my windows and double/triple checked measurements. He explained what screens were even in good enough condition to keep, so I wasn't spending any more than I needed to. Explained in detail how the order/install schedule process worked. I requested to be called several days in advance of delivery in order to schedule time off work. He also helps with the installation. The blinds and screens are gorgeous and the work was done perfectly. Joe is extremely professional and polite.

They were very prompt, one guy came when I called and gave me the estimate, and then the other two hang the screens. They arrived on time, and they were very helpful. The only thing to consider is that during the summer they are busy, so I had to wait six weeks for them to come.
