I had recently purchased and moved into a foreclosed home, with only one key and no garage door remote or a key to the padlock on the back gate, He fixed the security door which I thought I'd have to replace the lock on, cut the padlock off the back gate, re-keyed and provided me with 3 keys in total for my place. He was personable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
