 + -1 moreI had recently purchased and moved into a foreclosed home, with only one key and no garage door remote or a key to the padlock on the back gate, He fixed the security door which I thought I'd have to replace the lock on, cut the padlock off the back gate, re-keyed and provided me with 3 keys in total for my place. He was personable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Dan showed up on time, fixed all my locks including my security door which the foreclosing bank had inserted screws into the latch. He also graciously synced my new garage door remote with the existing door opener. He advised me before his visit to go and purchase a generic at Home Depot and it was done in no time.
