I showed him my yard and my concerns with my large trees. He explained to me what they needed and said he could work up an estimate and e-mail it me later.
Through emails and a phone call we set up a date for the work. I was actually out of town the day did the work. I was pleasantly satisfied upon returning home and seeing the work he did and the yard as tidy as I had left it.
I know there were a few large storms while I was gone and I'm happy to say my trees weathered them just fine!
