THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TWICE NOW TO FIX THIS HANDRAIL. I TOLD OUR BUILDERS REP I WANTED IT REPLACED, BECAUSE AS YOU RUN YOUR HAND DOWN IT YOU CAN FEEL AN INDENTATION IN THE RAILING.
