 + -1 moreI paid $180 for a month when I called this time. They told me my service was going to cost $200 a month from here on out. I wanted to know why my bill was increasing, and they told you that after a year the service cost would go up. I called, and it was easy to go through the automated system to get to a live person.
Description of Work: I called them to pay my bill, and had some questions about my bill.
