+ -1 moreMy experience was extremely poor. Our pool contractor and our monthly pool service both indicated that there was an unusual leak under the Heat Pump. "Cool Runnings" came out, spent between 7 and 15 minutes, said there was nothing wrong and then charged us $130.00. I can understand a service charge ... but good grief ... $130.00 ??? This appears to say to me that they do not appreciate their customers and may take advantage of them ... if given the opportunity
