Rick Hatch arrived a little early on 7/6 to tear out the wall. He was friendly and professional. He removed the wall and moved 3 switches and an outlet to a portion of the wall that was not being torn out. He then finished the end of the remaining section and texturized it. On 7/7 Lance Beach arrived to re-tile the section where the wall had been. I had some tile, but not enough, and finding matching tile proved impossible, so I decided to go with a small pattern that would disrupt the original tile as little as possible. Lance worked really hard to clean up the old area, removing debris and preparing the site. He also decided to take out two additional tiles to make the pattern work better. He was extremely diligent and detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and professional, and would not stop until he was sure the job had been done to the best of his ability, even though it took longer than anticipated and cut into time allotted for another project he was supervising. The clean-up and disposal process was impeccable. I liked this company so much that I asked them to give me an estimate for another project, which I plan to undertake after the new year. They arrived on time and did an excellent job especially given the heat and deadline (final inspection of pool). Did an excellent job texturing concrete and even called me at the correct time to let me put the kids handprints in it. Matched colors with wall and stucco which could be considered remarkable due to the sun faded paint already on the house. Friendly and watchful making sure our adventure hungry black lab did not escape before the RV gate was installed. Good work, friendly people, will definately call again with future jobs.

First, CFS response to the damage was immediate. They quickly diagnosed the problems and began remedying the damage. Their approach was quick and direct bearing in mind customer concerns and requirements. Their craftsmen were totally professional and absolutely qualified to handle the many facets of the job to include maintaining the strict designs of the interior. An absolutely outstanding job and they did a great job on their cleanup. When they finished--everything was just like new.

The owner of CFS, Mike, is an innovative thinker, always looking for the best solution for his customers. He delivers on his promises and makes sure quality and superior service are always at the top of the list. When working with Mike or any member of the CFS team, I always get excellent results. I would recommend them to anyone looking for general facility/remodeling work. I have yet to find a job that the CFS team could not tackle efficiently and effectively!
