COCO MILANOS

In April 2014 we started working with Coco Milano while redecorating a home we purchased in North Scottsdale. They were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed working with them and hearing their ideas. We ordered custom draperies for our dining area and family room. They were made, delivered and hung. We were extremely happy with the choices we made and the final product. On May 13, 2014 we ordered an extremely large Armoire which was to be custom made by one of their suppliers. The design that Amanda helped us choose was perfect. The unit cost approximately $14,000.00 and was created to house and hide our 60" TV in the master bedroom suite of our home. On September 2, 2014 it was delivered. It was fabulous. On January 22, 2015 I contacted Coco Milano to tell them about an issue we were having with the Armoire. The large folding doors seemed to have dropped a bit and were scratching the wooden base of the unit when we opened or closed them. They sent an excellent repair person out and he removed the doors and took them to his shop for repair. When he returned the problem was fixed, however, we noticed that some of the wooden boards used for the crown at the top of the unit were beginning to split. I spoke with Cathi at Coco Milano and she said she would contact the maker of the piece and see what their opinion was. At this point, my husband and I were so disappointed in the gradual deterioration of the piece that we wanted nothing more to do with it. Cathi said she would contact the maker again and determine what could be done. She quickly got back to us and told us that the original maker of the piece had gone out of business so she did not have the ability to have them make good on the unit. Cathi was very apologetic to us and assured us that she would take care of everything. SHE DID. She called us back promptly and said that Coco Milano would be sending us a refund check for the entire amount of our original purchase of the Armoire. Less than 1 week later a cashiers check arrived for the full amount. Although we were disappointed in having to find a new Armoire, we were thrilled at how Cathi at Coco Milano handled our situation. If you need decorating services, don't hesitate to use Coco Milano. They are wonderful.
