The work was done on April of 2022 and 3 months later we had some rain in the front yard starting showing problems where the artificial turf was installed. We called Carlos, he said he come out and check it out, never showed up . Now he will not return our phone calls we tried for months .If I had to do it again I would hire somebody who guarantees their work.

CNA was way more professional and knowledgeable about our problem than any of the other contractors we had come give us a quote. The contractor quickly assessed the root problem of our old stone falling off of our pillars on the patio columns which none of the other contractors did. Because of this, we feel very confident that our job was done correctly and we wonâ t have this problem moving forward.

The installation team arrived as scheduled and they started immediately and worked liked a well oiled machine. They finished in just over 2 days and now I have a backyard oasis. Carlos was very easy to work with and was very accommodating for requested changes. CNA is the best of the best.

Carlos arrived at the house and give me a quote for the work. The next day he and his crew arrived on time and installed a paver sidewalk from the front driveway to the back yard. After seeing the workmanship and the professionalism of the crew, my wife decided to have them extend the back yard patio and fix an area around the pool. They showed up at 7 am on the dot everyday until the job was down. They work through the challenges of hidden waterline and made everything brand new. They have a get it done attitude and all the workers are top notch.

Carlos is one of the best contractors I've worked with. From day one when he came out to help us get ideas on our backyard landscaping project to the last day on the job he was very professional, polite, respectful and a real pleasure to work with. Keep us informed of the progress all along, made suggestions on how to enhance the project, was always on time and most importantly, Carlos himself was on the job everyday working the project and providing direction to his team. He is very meticulous in the design he prepares and as the project is being being built is always ensuring the quality of the work; his final project was exactly how we designed it on day one. We hired Carlos to replace some of the patio and sidewalk areas in our yard that were damaged when we had foundation work done. The damage was an expected part of the foundation repair, but left us with ugly areas and uneven surfaces. We also had an extension to the side of our driveway and changed the layout of our existing walkways to accommodate a wheelchair for our grandson. We had pavers laid in the back and side yards and had 4 support posts replaced with stucco added to match the existing exterior. I cannot give Carlos enough praise for the excellent work he did. He showed up as promised, he had enough employees to complete our job in a timely manner and when we ran into an unforeseen problem with our sprinklers (also damaged in the foundation repair process), he made time to add that work to our project as well. His pricing was very fair and laid out in a way that was easy to understand. We knew up front what we were paying for and how it was calculated. When we first spoke to him, we were unclear as to exactly what we needed. We had a general vision. With Carlos' help, we were able to refine what we hoped to achieve into a reality so much better that we had imagined. Now, our front, back and side yards are usable, accessible and we have received multiple compliments from our neighbors as to the quality of the work that was done as well as how nice it looks.
