VERY Dishonest Bait and Switch Company. I had a bent axle on my 22 Foot travel trailer that is covered by Dexter Warranty. Dexter agreed to send 2 complete axels including springs, everything from lug nuts on one side to lug nuts on the other side. I called several RV repair companies and was quoted between $500 to $600 from all of them including from Chris at Cliffs Welding. I also wanted them to install Dexter E-Z Flex kit at the same time. I decided to go with Cliff’s. After I had the axles delivered to Cliff’s Welding Chris went out and confirmed everything was there. He then called me and told me my total would be $881.81 I told him he already quoted me between $500. and $600. for the complete job. He said he made a mistake and the correct total was $881.81. I didn’t agree then he said he wasn’t going to argue with me and that’s the cost. I can have it done or I can come pick up the axles and take them elsewhere. (one big pallet 336 pounds) I did pick them up and having it all installed for a lot less than $600.00 from another well-known RV/trailer repair company.

i needed a wrought iron gate resized and the rust ground off. i requested visible areas for the rust cleanup. They said Friday or Monday. when I called for a status it was done. and when I went to pick it up, they'd cleaned up the entire gate. Very Nice!!!

Very well. Called in the afternoon and needed someone the next morning as part of my business was dependent on fixing the loose post. They were responsive, prompt, and did good work at a fair price.

We called Cliff's and they told us to come right in. They immediately welded all the joints and did an excellent job. It's better than new!

I think that the communication back to me the client was not timely.

The quality was very good, the responsiveness was also very good sinc ethe tenants needed the functional mailbox. The price was also very reasonable.

It was a relatively simple job, welding a new coupler to a trailer. But I was very pleased with their customer service. Everyone I talked to was very nice. They took my name and number when I called, and initially they didn't think they'd be able to get to my job today. They wrote me down on an appointment book, so I didn't have to repeat my information when I arrived to drop the trailer off. I asked them nicely if they could try to get it done today, and lo and behold, received a call around 4pm saying it was done! What was even nicer was that the cost was a little less than they initially quoted. All good, nice looking welding job, and quick! I am so pleased!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON TOWING PRODUCTS. THIS IS MY SECOND FIFTH WHEEL HITCH INSTALLATION DONE BY CLIFF'S. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND THEIR REPUTATION FOR INSTALLING HITCHES.
