I WAS ALMOST ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. HOWEVER, ONE TIME I FELT THE FLOORS HAD NOT BEEN SUFFICIENTLY CLEANED. WHEN I PHONED THE OWNER, DIANE, SHE SENT THE CREW OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY & THEY RE-MOPPED THE FLOORS IN QUESTION AT NO CHARGE. I WAS VERY PLEASED AT THEIR QUICK RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT. I ONLY HAD THAT ONE COMPLAINT EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE CLEANED MY HOUSE 20+ TIMES.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR HOUSECLEANING SERVICES AND CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW. THEY AGREED TO SEND ANOTHER ''TEAM'' OUT TO MY HOUSE TO RE-CLEAN, HOWEVER ONLY ONE PERSON WAS SENT. HAD SERVICE FOR 4 MONTHS, CLEANED 2X A MONTH, SEVERAL THINGS WERE NOT CLEANED EVERY SINGLE TIME. ALWAYS AN OFFER TO SEND A DIFFERENT PERSON, BUT THE SAME PERSON WAS SENT EACH TIME. MY HOUSE NEVER LOOKED LIKE IT HAD JUST BEEN CLEANED. I HAD TO CLEAN BATHROOM SINKS & TUBS REPEATEDLY, AS WELL AS WASH THE DISHES LEFT IN THE KITCHEN AND WIPE DOWN THE COUNTERTOPS. I WOULD RATHER HAVE PAID MORE THAN TO HAVE HAD THIS CONSTANT POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CLEAN SWEEP TO ANYONE.

THEY HAVE FRIENDLY SERVICE. THEY WILL GET ME A CLEANING LADY EVEN IF I CALL AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY DO DEPENDABLE, GOOD WORK.
