We met and designed the stairs. Nothing fancy.. we upgraded the ballistairs and railings. We set the schedule and waited for the final quote. All we received was a late email saying "I am unable to price your stairs at this time". No explanation. We are very easy going and knew what we wanted. We are not difficult customers.

Description of Work: We had a broken railing and some broken spindles. Al Soto arrived on time and was so knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done to repair and reinforce the bannister. We scheduled it and it was done in a timely manner. We couldn't have been happier with the completed job. The date the work was done and the amount is approximate. I normally do my reviews on a more timely basis. :)
