When I pulled in to the shop there was a low hanging structure that I hit and it peeled my roof back in the front. The damages exceeded $17,500. There is no warning and nobody warned me about it while I was pulling in. The structure is actually located where they detail the RV's. The protruding structure was painted the same as the building so it is very difficult to see. By the way I have over 300,000 miles driving 45 foot RVs. The years proceeding the accident I would take all of my vehicles there and probably spend a couple thousand dollars per year so I would consider myself a good customer. The manager on duty was extremely rude to me and said it was my fault and walked away from me with no explanation. I appealed to the GM and his response was they were not liable and would not do anything to help with the cost. So I have not been back since then. Since I was a good customer you would think there could have been some compensation! All I wanted was some TLC!

They do an excellent job! Much better than the other places I've taken my car.

I have used this car wash several times and am very pleased with their service. I have had an engine detail and exterior and interior cleaning done. They do excellent work and are very attentive to detail. I take my car there to have it washed when ever needed. I highly recommend them for your auto detailing services.

Detailing I used Classic Car Spa. I had it done about a month ago. It depends upon what they did. The car washing is about $15.00 and the oil change because I use synthetic I think it about $80 or $90. They do a good job. I have been using them for ten years. They always do quality work, they do a good job.

My husband and I decided to try the Classic Car Spa because the salesman who sold us our new vehicle recommended it and gave us some coupons for it. We're glad we did because we were very pleased with the service. When we drove up, we were met by an employee who noted which number wash we wanted (there are several prices and services to choose from). We went inside where we paid for the wash. It's a spacious and clean area with items for sale; also, you can stand and look through the ceiling-to-floor windows and watch your car get washed. There are also benches outside to sit on while you wait. A couple of young men hand-washed the car. They then drove the car outside to be dried, the inside vacuumed and wiped down, and the windows cleaned. We were very satisfied with the job and it was a lot faster than we had thought it would be on a Saturday afternoon.
