About us

We hope to earn your trust as a home inspector. I am not only a Home Inspector but have trained hundreds of Inspectors here in Arizona for over 15 years, formerly at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale. Also serve on the consumer protection board of the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration, protecting the public against bad inspectors. I Was previously a General Contractor as well as a city building inspector in both commercial and residential inspection. As a teacher at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale Az. I taught not only home inspection but also construction law, new contractors and blueprint interpretation to appraisers. With many years of experience, I have inspected and supervised literally1000's of jobs. Also have been privileged to become a Court recognized construction expert witness by the Superior Court of the State of Arizona.
