About us
We hope to earn your trust as a home inspector. I am not only a Home Inspector but have trained hundreds of Inspectors here in Arizona for over 15 years, formerly at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale. Also serve on the consumer protection board of the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration, protecting the public against bad inspectors. I Was previously a General Contractor as well as a city building inspector in both commercial and residential inspection. As a teacher at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale Az. I taught not only home inspection but also construction law, new contractors and blueprint interpretation to appraisers. With many years of experience, I have inspected and supervised literally1000's of jobs. Also have been privileged to become a Court recognized construction expert witness by the Superior Court of the State of Arizona. Complete Home Inspection
Clark and his team did an incredible job. We are first time homebuyers and were nervous about going into the inspection period. All I was told when I hired him was, other inspections costed more. I was never actually told what the other things were until after my walk through because I would've gotten at least the roof looked at for sure. I was trying to save 50$ from another inspector that was going to do all of it for $50 more. he didn't notice SOOOO many things too. Flash molding coming off my shingles on the side window of the house...etc. ya, there were tenants there blocking stuff, but I've found so many things that weren't covered up like water damage in the kitchen ceiling and living room walls. Mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinet above the oven...bottom line, I would not recommend this inspector to anyone.

Your agent stated that you were buying a home in a condo or townhouse development where you would not be responsible for the roof maintenance. We offered and recommended a full inspection as we always do. We offered a deep discount you accepted to save time and money. In the report, we tried to be thorough and found many deficiencies regarding plumbing, electrical, etc., performance testing of appliances, air conditioning, environmental testing, and so forth.
