Within 15 minutes he was knocking on the door with a smile on his face with a tube thing in his hand saying that was burned out and no longer good and needed to be replaced. I asked if he could please explain what that was and why we needed to replace it, he was very informative and respectful. with a smile he took time to walk me back to the air conditioner and show me exactly what it was and what it did.
Being a Saturday eve i was really concerned with how much it was going cost. i reluctantly asked him how much for the part and labor was going to be. He stated that it was only going to cost $100 for everything and was even going to clean my air conditioner and check everything else on it as well to make sure it would work through the summer.
I was so happy with the service and price that we recieved. Its so hard these days to be a single mom and make ends meet and usually when someone sees a woman in need with something mechanical the first thing that comes to there mind is "Cha-Ching" and a big payday.. Happily i was not treated that way. I even made that comment to Eddie and his reply was " im sorry people are like that and you have that impression but we are not. like that and I treat people like my family . and treat you like i would want someone to treat my sister like. So from this point forward, we are family" and he smiled.
Long story short, The work was done, The service was fantastic and i would absolutely call them again and again and again for any issues i have..
