Chavez Tree Trimming

****WARNING**** DO NOT USE THIS UNINSURED/LICENSED COMPANY! This company is extremely incompetent and very unprofessional. Their careless employees burned several spots into my Turf in our backyard that was just installed less than 2 years ago. Originally Jose played ignorant on the phone acting as if it was impossible for them to do this. Well I have ring cameras in my backyard and was able to provide video and picture evidence showing that their workers were using Gas Powered tools (That get extremely hot after each use) and setting them down in different spots throughout our Turf that ultimately damaged and ruined our recently completed backyard. Jose said he was going to be coming by to inspect the damages nearly a month ago, but after sending him the video evidence he just completely stopped responding. I come to find out that company is NOT LICENSED AND DOES NOT HAVE A ROC #, therefore they are NOT INSURED either. Now they refuse to answer calls and emails and are forcing me to go the legal route which is a complete headache in itself. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! They claim to install Turf but their own employees do not understand you can not put direct heat on a Turf?! This is complete negligence and incompetency that has resulted in damaging my recently renovated backyard that has now caused over $7,000 worth of damage to our Turf to repair. I wish I could give this company 0 Stars. They need to have their LLC banned and should not be allowed to operate under any name. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, go with a insured landscaper. We only allowed them into our property because they had to clean up the Debris from our Neighbors Palm tree they just trimmed and allowed everything to fall in our yard. I figured I would have them trim 1 tree while they were here to clean and they ruined our backyard. Work with this company AT YOUR OWN RISK, I would not trust them to pick simple weeds wit the lack of accountability I have seen and finding out they LIE to their customers about being insured.

Did a good job of removing tree. Cleanup could have been better.
