We wanted to try a new plumbing service. They came out a performed the service and were paid, however they were arrogant while they were here and said they were used to only doing BIG jobs. We were in need of replacing a shower stall and called them again to come out and give us a quote, they set the appointment for Monday, January 20th at 9;00AM. They did not show up and we called them only to get a voicemail. On Friday, January 24, 2014 we called them again to see when they would be out since they had not returned our call. They were snide and rude and said that they only wanted the BIG jobs and that they had no intention of coming out.
