I have been using them for over twenty years. I stick with them because they are good to me.

They were very helpful in informing us that the brand and model of our air conditioner lasted longer than it should so they recommended that we replace it the next time something goes wrong. They are honest and I feel I can trust them. We were recommended to them by someone from our church and I think they are reliable.
