Only have good things to say about work is done, responsiveness and offers of follow up activities, such as annual roof check and debris removal. Price was much more than I expected. Future promised to follow up activities will decide if the price was worth the cost.

Danial inspected our roof and showed us where we had problems, what caused the problems and explained how he would fix the problems. Daniel and his team were very professional, came in and did exactly what they said they would do, showed us the repairs and cleaned up all the trash before leaving. I will definitely use Capitol Home Improvement again and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

Daniel responded right away when we were finding a company to fix the leak in our roof. He immediately identified the cause, took pictures of our roof, and gave us an estimate of the cost, which is exactly what we ended up paying. His company came out the next day and Daniel would send us pictures of the work in progress, as well as the finished job. I really appreciated that! Daniel was extremely professional and honest! i spoke with 4 different roofers, and this was not the least expensive nor was it the most expensive. I chose Capitol for other reasons. Since I was the Director of Maintenance for a Summer camp for 35 years, my experience is broad, and I appreciate an explation like I would give. And, i hate scare tactics. The estimated work, its explanation, and execution were all to my liking. the company was prompt, honest, clean, reasonable, and gentlemanly. i could not have asked for more.

Daniel responded the same day. He returned within a short period of time with a crew and completed the job on a couple of hours. The quote was the same as the completed job. Excellent work. Would highly recommend Daniel and his company. He took the time to take pictures of the damage and show me what needed to be done. After he also took pictures to show me how they did the repair. I haven't seen this kind of customer service for a very long time. Again HIGHLY recommend.

I made an appointment with Daniel and he climbed on to the roof and instantly saw the problem. My leak was caused by a toilet air vent that wasn't sealed properly. He then caulked it... took him 5 minutes and he wouldn't charge me. Thought that sort of customer service was long gone. A few days later I tested it by flooding it with water. leak fixed. Thanks, Daniel. That's how you build a successful business!

I live in CA and have rental property in AZ. Once Daniel was contacted, and inspected the roof, he sent pictures of the problem. gave us an estimate, continued to send pictures throughout the process from beginning to end, and did not add a lot of costs to the estimate. The job was completed that day. He was extremely nice and let us know if there were any future concerns, he would be available. He turned a potential extreme headache, to a painless procedure. Would definetly use again as well as refer to all of our AZ homeowner friends.
