Frankly, It was lame and a rip off.  Nothing was done or reported.  No fluids were checked.  Belts and hoses were ignored.  We show up to pick the vehicle up (it is a 1998 Majestic Motor Home) and originally was charges almost $300 and my daughter complained so they reduced the price to $238.00 but the key here is just plan old poor service and negligence.  Last time I checked, air conditioning recharge at a local shop was $100.00 so they are not only ripping off the consumer, they are not performing any of the details outlined in the inspection.  This place ranks an "F" as most RV center do, since they must all employ the same slacker mentality resources we have all grown to expect.  I was giving the RV to my daughter to make sure it was safe to drive and it's obvious these guys just see a "victim" when someone walks through the door.  I'm surprised this vendor is on Angie's list and I'm very disappointed.  Now I need to get involved, waste my time and energy finding someone trustworthy to work on this vehicle.  There has to be a better way.. I've notified Camper's World customer service, but my expectations are really low that I'll hear anything in return.. Let the consumer beware... I would not recommend these guys for anything..

There were extremely helpful in explaining how to use the generators, the warranty, and the Good Sam program details.

Pretty good. They charge a little more than other places. I have called them several times with questions and they have helped me over the phone every time too.

The people at Camping World were very good at getting our refrigerator replaced through the warranty from Dometic. It took two weeks because Dometic was difficult about living up to their warranty, but the work was well done once Camping World got the okay. This wasn't an easy replacement as the fridge is wider than the door and it had to be removed out a window. I was pleased that we could see no evidence that the window had been removed and replaced. No mars, dents, dings or scratches. We did have a short we asked them to see if they could find and fix and they could not. Luckily, we found that ourselves later. So I might not take electrical wiring problems into Camping World, but I was very pleased with their ability to change out the fridge. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

The service manager treated me fairly price wise and the work was done right. I would go back.
