I recently had the pleasure of working with DJ from Camelback Air & Refrigeration to service my home’s air conditioning unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. DJ arrived promptly at the scheduled time, wearing a uniform and his friendly smile. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the AC unit and performed a thorough inspection. His attention to detail and willingness to explain the issues in layman's terms always impresses me. He described what he saw on my 40-year old roof-top unit and we discussed babying this antique on until the fall when prices and inventory would be more favorable to my pocketbook. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from DJ. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled AC technician, I highly recommend him and his family-owned company. We use Camelback Air & Refrigeration for our A/C maintenance to make sure we are ready for summer! The technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Our technician, DJ, was 5 minutes early and completed in 30 minutes. He evaluated our unit and made the proper adjustments necessary for optimum performance. He even gave us some tips for more efficient use and maintenance. We highly recommend them for all your A/C and refrigeration needs!

We called Express Refrigeration in Tempe to service our air conditioning in May 2008. It was 108 here in Phoenix that day and the A/C had completely stopped working the day before. We were referred to this company through our home warranty plan but were very fortunate that they were so prompt and eager to help. The service technician, Don, was very friendly and professional. He did his best to get us up and running as quickly as possible, even though he had to replace the entire motor in the unit (working outside in the heat). I don't know how their prices compare to others since we had the warranty plan. They also were about 15 min later than their quoted time window, but that was expected.
