Miserable. Beware of this company. They charged my wife and I $90 ($45 each) to submit an application for a rental property. More than one week later, they had not phoned me or processed the application. Upon withdrawing the application, they refused to refund my money. It is my opinion that they had no intent to submit the application to the landlord and only wanted my money. If you don't believe me, please see several Google, Yelp, and BBB reviews from those who experienced the same thing.

Tenants were very late in paying the rent. Manager took them to court and worked out a payment plan. When I sold the property they paid the manager instead of the new owner and the manager took the money so that he could take a fee for a month after the property had been sold. I paid the new owner for that tenant's rent and the manager refused to refund the money he took.
Repairs were also very expensive. Manager works with an affiliated corporation to do the repairs.

They charge us $50 a month and $600 to place the tenants. So far, so good. They are professional.

They have been very good and they are very professional. They are a well known name and they have a very good reputation. They have a really strong company. They assign you a personal property manager.
