Installation went fine. Chris and his crew took extensive precautions to keep the carpet clean by laying down traffic runners to all rooms. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I'm very happy with the new windows. He does provide a one-year follow-up visit to make sure all is going well and provide touch-up caulking where needed.
