We pay them so much a year, and they're more like an insurance company. We've been using them for like 10 years.
We've never had any termites so I don't know what's going to happen when we do. They may get an A or an F.

The routine spray is great. I wasn't pleased with the termite sensor place on my patio but I have managed to work around it.

Provided a full inspection of all bait stations on exterior of home, as well as inspection of exterior of property.

Sealed Boxes with poison were places around the perimeter of the house and checked on occasion for use. Unused boxes were then moved to better locations. Haven't seen a rat in months!
