"We have had a couple of customers with attempted break-ins this month. Fortunately, in each case, the intruders left as soon as the alarm sounded and nothing was taken. If you think this problem will continue in your neighborhood you might consider adding a camera system. We offer those as well. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to help. I think people mistakenly suppose that the do-it-yourself systems will be cheaper - but that is often not the case. For those who are considering a do-it-yourself system please give us a call first. We install professional-grade equipment at often cheaper pricing. And you will save yourself about 8 hours of trying to figure out how to install their do-it-yourself systems. Plus, when you go with us you have the assurance that the correct equipment was installed and that it was installed correctly. Jeff asked me what time his Technician could start on the date we had picked I said any time, he asked if 7:00 am was ok I said yes.
The day befor Jeff called and asked if was ok if the Technician could come at 7:30 that he had to pick up some of the equipment from the office. I said sure. I think this is great customer service. Jeff is easy to get in contact with to answer questions.
The Technician was great all so. He know what he was doing. He put in wire to most of the sensors and contacs so we have just a few wireless ones, where he couldn't get to. He was also good in teaching me how to use the System.
I wish my Apple Iphone was as easy to get working on the system, but that was me and the Iphone not Bulwark

"Thank you for the feedback. Yes, we confirmed that your alarm system is working properly. Please note that you will not receive a call from the alarm center if you shut off your alarm within 20 seconds. This feature is in place to help prevent false alarms and avoid unnecessary dispatch of the police. If you want to remove that feature we can do it, however removing that feature increases the likely-hood of false alarms and could result in fines from the police department.
