Overall the tub looks great. They had a new kid do the work and he forgot to cover our bathtub fixtures and bathroom cabinet, so everything had overspray on it. Once an inspection was done this is where I think it could have improved. They cleaned the bathtub fixtures while here but because our bathroom cabinet is wood he only would say soap and water to clean and for me to do it. They did not want to take the liability even though they are the ones who caused the liability. He solution of hot water and some elbow grease did not work and now we have to replace the cabinet, which was not my intention budget wise. Still had to pay full price for the work, with the exception of not charging me for the $25 extra fee we paid for quick drying. I need to now go buy a $400 replacement cabinet, so not my idea of a good deal or good customer service.

It was a great experience, the cabinets came out beautifully. Work was completed in time frame that was quoted. The guys were professional, and kept everything clean. I would highly recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Both the estimator, Kelly, and the installer, Omar, were very professional and easy to work with. The tub now looks GREAT, shiny white, like new! Everything was protected while the work was being done and completely cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I had a tub or shower with the same damage. It sure was a better alternative to completely replacing the tub! Great job!

Rafael is a perfect gentleman. He was prompt for his appointments and worked well with all subs. There were some delays due to humidity that meant longer dry times for all painted surfaces. Rafael delivers what he sets out in his plans along with his quote is what you pay. After searching many contractors, we met Rafael at the April 2016 home show and Rafael is the only insured, bonded, licensed contractor who could do it all...quality cabinet refinish and add new custom cabinetry....other contractors do one or the other..refinish or new but not both. All subs were friendly, professional.

After having gotten estimates to reface and or replace my current kitchen cabinets I was pretty much stuck with what I had. Someone at a tile store mentioned having them resurfaced. He said he had it done and it was amazing. We met Rafael's wife at a home show and set up an appointment. He came out and we wanted an antigued white finish which he said was no problem and said he could do almost any color.  The transformation was amazing. His guys were always on time and very professional. The whole process took a few weeks as he had said. It wasn't two weeks solid but probably 5 to 6 days total. AS the process went on I decided to replace drawers, sliders' hinges, and handles. The cabinets that I was having redone are solid wood, my other options were reface, most came in around 9k to 10k or replacing, anywhere from 13k to 20k and those cabinets were not an improvement over the current ones. I would have also had to replace my counter which is already granite.
