I HIRED BRASSBERRYS PAINTING TO GET TWO INVESTMENT PROPERTIES RENT-READY. FROM MY INSPECTION OF THE PAINTING RESULTS, I CONCLUDED THAT NICK AND CAROLE ARE TOP-NOTCH PAINTERS. NICK AND CAROL ARE INSTANTLY LIKEABLE INDIVIDUALS. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED BY THEIR HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AND STRONG WORK ETHICS. EXCELLENT PAINTING RESULTS COME WITH EXCELLENT PREPARATION. NICK AND CAROLE UNDERSTAND THIS PRINCIPLE AND DON'T TAKE THE SLOPPY SHORTCUTS LIKE MANY LOW-BIDDER PAINTERS DO. I SHY AWAY FROM LOW-BIDDERS. AS A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR I HAVE TO PROTECT MY INVESTMENT AND THINK AHEAD TO RESALE VALUE. I BELIEVE THE QUALITY OF NICK AND CAROLE'S PAINTING ADDED TO THE VALUE AND RESALE APPEAL OF MY TWO HOMES. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.
