Most of the painting was good, But as soon as he finished the paint started to come off the garage door, he came back and ''tried'' to patch it and said it wasn't his fault, now I have to patch it regularly, Just finish two spot??

The work completed was perfect, the quality is an "A". The prep time if evident in the clean transition lines between the body and trim paints. All the rock was racked away from the foundation so that the paint could be applied down to the dirt. I would have given and "A" for price had I done a more in-depth evaluation of competitors. I was impressed enough during the estimation process that I did not humor more than a couple other companies, all of which were priced higher. Lastly, I would have given an "A" for punctuality but there was a breakdown in communications of the time-frame expectation for work to commence. I took a date to be a literal expectation. The issue was, the date provided at the time of quote had changed as the time passed closer to the start date. When that date came I called for an update and was then informed it would be a few more days. They would call 2 days before starting. Ultimately I feel it was both parties fault and should not impact any persons decision to choose this company for your painting needs.

The estimate was prompt, The work was done on time. We have no complaints. The front door looks brand new!!!

They did a high quality job and did it very fast. They were very professional and coordinated well between themselves. They were excellent. Their price was also good. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The price was a little more than I expected, but I am not familiar with what this field charges. One of the painters hung the door up backwards, but Robert, the owner, came out himself and fixed it for us. He was very responsive, and I appreciated that. He was very concerned with me being happy with the work. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
