About us
Bowman & Sons Premium Floor care and Home Maintenance began in 1985 when JD Stevens retired from working for the Norfolk and Southern Railroad as an engineer and moved to Florida. After a few more moves he ended up in Arizona and had built his business working with property management companies, such as Barret-Eastman Management Services, and restaurants such as Manuel's Fine Mexican Foods, as well as private home owners. He was then joined by Harold & Donn Bowman, Donn's son Brett and Donn's son-in-law Jared. The are dedicated to providing the best possible service with the most modern technology. Services provided through his business included hot water tank replacement, drywall repair and texturing, painting, as well as carpet and tile cleaning.

The carpets when done looked brand new and they are years old! Spots I couldn't get out, they got out. They moved my very heavy living room furniture to make sure they got all the carpet. Friendly, professional and efficient.
I have also used their home maintenance services several times. Dry wall repair, window screen cleaning, patio French door replacement, popcorn ceiling removal in my dining room, replacement of kitchen sink and installing the new faucet, and finally a new shower head in the master bath.
These services have been portioned out over the last year to make my ongoing home updating reasonable price wise. There just doesn't seem to be anything they can't tackle and tackle well! I've been meaning to review them for quite a while now. Glad I found them under their updated name.
