BEWARE, this is not a reputable company. I hired them to clean a leather sofa and the tech used a spot cleaner instead of just leather cleaner and pulled the dye out of the leather. He used magic erasers and a brush to demolish my sofa while I kept telling him he was doing damage. They insisted on payment up front and offered a 30 day guarantee over the phone, then when you get a copy of their guarantee it states no money back and no cancellations just future services. I’ve made several attempts to contact the service department and they don’t return calls. Look up Boss Optima on Yelp and see the number of screwed over customers. They subcontract every thing out and according to the complaints posted they don’t always pay the subcontractor and in some cases don’t even show up to do the work. They should not be in business and the BBB has dozens of complaints against them. I can’t believe Angi has them listed to perform services. This is totally a scam company and you will be sorry if you hire them. I feel like an idiot for not doing my homework. The replacement cost for the sofa they damaged is $17,000 + and I’m going to court!

Cleaned and sealed grout. dribbled sealer all over the kitchen and both bathrooms, which when stepped on became black blobs.And II mean all over the space. I have a broken kneecap and torn tendons, so I mentioned to the first crew that I couldn't bend and re-clean, so I asked that they be very careful. The dribbles turned black by the next day, and it made the entire surface look filtthy.
I called and said that I was disappointed with both the results of the grout cleaning and the black spots so another crew came out. They recleaned the grout in the areas I showed them, (through the sealer, which they tried to explain how it could still be sealed and they could re-clean through it???).
It was no better the second time. The areas that were dark before they came were still dark, and the areas that were light were still light.
This is easily twice what I have paid for grout cleaning in the past, and so somehow, I was expecting it to be twice as effective. Not so.to be a treasure.
the first crew knocked a clay owl off of a table that they moved, and it was handed to me with the comment and quot;I hope this isn't a family heirloomand quot;. In fact, it was. I received it from a grateful mother in Mexico when I was on a school-building Mission in 1959. Not the end of the world, but it could have easily been placed on a counter 2 inches away before moving hte table. An item doesn't have to be wedgewood to be precious.
The staff throughout the company were very helpful on the phone, I just feel that the cost of the service was very high for average results.

Will always does an excellent job for us. He understands our problem with pet stains and always makes our carpet look and smell like new! We wouldn't use anyone else for our carpets.

Their service is extraordinary. I believe there is no better word. Friendly, professional, on-time, helpful beyond what is considered great customer service -- in my book that is an extraordinary service company. I found Boss outside of Angies list about six months ago. From the reviews I read on-line I figured I would give them a try instead of using the typical companies most associate with carpet cleaning. The carpets and floors, when finished by Boss, looked brand new. It was a completely different experience and outcome from ANY carpet cleaning company I had used in the past. I had no idea there could be such a visible difference between the service companies.
When it came time to move and as the heavy furniture was removed, the carpeted areas that Boss was unable to clean during their first visit (unmovable furniture items) looked dirty and worn. After my last experience with Boss there really was no other company I would have called. This was moving day. I called and told them what the carpet looked like and said that I did not feel comfortable leaving it like that for the new owner. Within two hours a gentleman by the name of Will came out to help; AFTER a full’s day of work. I believe Will finished up around 6:30 that evening. The home looked brand new! Will went above and beyond just getting the job done – he made sure it was extraordinary! When leaving after a very long day, I sheepishly thanked him and asked if he wouldn’t mind helping me lift my dog (who had just had knee surgery) into a UHaul Truck. He just smiled and made sure my pup was lifted safely. This was the end of a very long three days of moving for me. I do believe that if it had not been Boss and Will that showed up at the house that last day – it would have been the end of me : ). Thank you for being so extraordinary!!

He had the tarp on the floor for 2 hours ruining my wood floor. Also put too much water on my furniture. I asked him about all the water that was on the floor and he said he would get it up. The water would come out from everywhere. It took 2 days for the furniture to dry. I have areas that are growing mold.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD, BUT THEY CALL AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR MORE BUSINESS. I DO NOT LIKE THE SOLICITATION.
